How it works

  1. Sign in and connect Steam Sign in with Apple, add your Steam profile once — match data syncs from the server without manual imports.
  2. Play — matches appear on their own Every new game lands in Today and History. Push and widgets can remind you when something new is ready.
  3. Optional emotion swipe after a game Two seconds: Great, OK, Tilt, or Rage. Skip anytime — emotions are never tied to win or loss.
  4. Learn from patterns, not pressure Performance Score, charts, Stop Signals, and Pro insights are built from your labels and public match stats — you decide what they mean.

What you get inside the app

Emotions and awareness

Why Great / OK / Tilt / Rage Four options help you quickly note how you felt during or after a match. It’s not a diagnosis or a rating of the game — just your own label for yourself.

Labelling is optional and low-pressure You don’t have to set an emotion after every match. You can skip or come back later. NoTilt doesn’t push you to “set a rating.”

Emotions aren’t the same as match result You can win and mark Tilt, or lose and mark Great. The app doesn’t link win/loss to emotion and doesn’t draw conclusions from it.

NoTilt doesn’t draw conclusions for you All insights and charts are a view of your data. Only you interpret them.

Stop Signals

What they are Stop Signals are gentle nudges, not warnings or blocks. They suggest that based on your recent emotion labels, it might be worth considering a pause.

What they’re based on Signals use your recent emotion labels (e.g. several Tilt or Rage in a row). No hidden “punishment” logic — only your own labels.

A pause is a suggestion, not a rule The app suggests taking a break; it doesn’t tell you to stop playing. The choice stays with you.

You can adjust or turn them off Thresholds and sensitivity for Stop Signals can be changed in settings, or you can disable them completely.

Analytics and Performance Score

What Performance Score is It shows how a match’s numbers (KDA, damage, objectives, etc.) compare to typical values for your rank and role. One match is compared to benchmarks — nothing more.

Comparison to rank and role benchmarks The score is built from public data for your rank and selected role. You can see how a match looks compared to usual play at that level.

It’s not a player rating or a judgment of you Performance Score applies to that match only, not to you as a player or person. There’s no “good/bad player” — only how one match compares to the average.

Zen Mode If numbers distract or add pressure, you can turn on Zen Mode and hide the score. You’ll still see matches, emotions, and notes without the numbers.
