Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the NoTilt iOS application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

NoTilt is a self-reflection and match tracking tool for Dota 2 players. The App allows you to:

  • Track your Dota 2 match history
  • View match statistics and performance data
  • Record emotional ratings and reflections on your matches
  • Receive notifications about new matches
  • View aggregated statistics and trends

The App provides information and tools for personal self-reflection and entertainment purposes only.

No Medical or Mental Health Services

IMPORTANT: NoTilt is not a medical or mental health application. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or therapy.

The App is designed for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. It should not be used as a substitute for professional medical or mental health care. If you are experiencing mental health issues or need professional help, please consult with a qualified healthcare provider.

We make no claims about the therapeutic, medical, or mental health benefits of using this App. Any information provided by the App is for informational and entertainment purposes only.

User Accounts and Data

To use certain features of the App, you may need to connect your Steam account. By connecting your Steam account, you authorize us to access publicly available match data associated with your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Subscription Terms

NoTilt offers a free tier, an optional 14-day Pro trial, and paid Pro subscriptions (monthly or yearly) via the App Store. Billing, renewal, and cancellation are managed by Apple under its terms. Feature limits per tier are described in the App and on our website.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by NoTilt and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written permission.

Dota 2 is a trademark of Valve Corporation. NoTilt is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
  • Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Use automated systems to access the App (except as authorized)

Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Match data is obtained from third-party sources (OpenDota API) and may not always be accurate or up-to-date.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. You can also request deletion of your data by contacting us.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
